Xinjiang, which has always been a vital position in China's energy strategy, is located in the heart between Euro-Asia energy supply base and energy demand system, where is also a safe energy channel between China and Russia, and middle Asia. This paper, based on the Energy complementarity between Xinjiang and its adjacent countries, analyzes the energy strategies and presents some suggestions to carry out the energy strategies in Xinjiang.
